Getting Started

To begin

• Send us your resume & info

• Send us a brief bio

• Let us know the days and times you are available to teach

• Set/finalize the course outline & general activities

• Attend an instructor training session

• Complete the instructor application packet

Class sessions

1. Classes hold a minimum of 8-10 people

2. Each session is made of 4 or 5 classes

3. Classes can either be a 50 or 60 minute hour

4. Instructor pay rates (paid the same for a 50 or 60 minute hour)

Instructor Commitments

1. Provide a written outline for course

2. Provide a written outline for each class

3. Provide verbal easy to understand instruction

4. Provide practical examples

5. Assign useful non mandatory homework

6. Create fun interactive exercises designed to include & engage all students

1. Provide a make-up day in the event class is cancelled due to unforeseen  circumstances

1. Provide 48 hours notice if you need to miss class

2. Turn in an interactive assignment for students to do in the event you miss a class

1. Leave the facility in the good manner in which you found it

2. To read all correspondence sent and stay current on Center information
