Instructor bio: A 30+ year vegan/vegetarian and former caterer, Nataki catered events for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. "It always makes me laugh when I cater an event like a 200 person wedding and guests love the food but are shocked after the fact to learn their whole meal was all vegetarian, especially men who come up to me surprised that not only did they love the food, they were full."

She has taught dozens of cooking classes since 1999 and shown dozens of students how to include some healthy additions into whatever diet they choose. "For those transitioning to veganism or vegetarianism this is really a great class, though, surprisingly enough, most of my students have no interest in becoming vegetarian.  They just love good food and want to learn some great recipes that happen to be healthy."
