I am so blessed to have found this class. I needed something to motivate me to get active again & socialize more. Everyone in class is so nice and encouraging and I love the motivation and support. I like the little routines too. It helps me remember the moves and feel like I'm really advancing. -- Candice
I tried a bunch of gyms and other places looking for a more fun workout. This is the most fun class I've ever taken. My favorite part is that even on days I am tempted to crash after work this class rejuvenates me. Plus, the warm ups and cool downs are as spectacular as the workout part of the class. -- Alyssa |
